By booking any Glow Tattique service, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Appointments & Booking Policy

All appointments must be secured through approved Glow Tattique booking methods.

A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment date and time. Deposits are applied toward your service balance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Appointments are considered confirmed only after booking requirements have been completed.

Clients are responsible for reviewing service details, preparation instructions, pricing, and policies before booking.

2. Deposits & Payments

All service prices are listed before appointments are scheduled.

Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment options provided by Glow Tattique.

Accepted payment methods may include approved digital payments, cards, or other available payment options.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

Payment plans, memberships, packages, and promotional offers may have separate agreements.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Glow Tattique values time and preparation.

Clients must provide notice when canceling or requesting changes to appointments.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, or repeated rescheduling may result in loss of deposit or requirement of full payment before future bookings.

Appointments may be rescheduled based on availability.

4. Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving late may have reduced service time to prevent delays for other scheduled guests.

A late fee may apply depending on the length of delay.

Arrivals beyond the allowed grace period may be considered a missed appointment.

5. Client Consultation & Eligibility

All clients must complete required consultation forms before receiving services.

Clients must provide accurate information regarding:

• Allergies
• Skin conditions
• Medications
• Medical history relevant to services
• Previous procedures
• Sensitivities or reactions

Failure to provide accurate information may affect results and safety.

Glow Tattique reserves the right to postpone or decline services if a client is not an appropriate candidate.

6. Health & Safety Requirements

Glow Tattique follows professional sanitation and safety practices.

Clients agree to:

• Arrive clean and prepared for services
• Follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions

• Avoid receiving services when contagious or experiencing certain health concerns

Before-and-after images represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of future outcomes.

8. Before & After Photos

With client permission, Glow Tattique may photograph services for:

• Progress tracking
• Client records
• Educational purposes
• Marketing and promotional content

Clients may decline photo usage without affecting their service.

9. Service Corrections & Concerns

Client satisfaction matters.

Any concerns regarding a service should be reported within a reasonable timeframe so Glow Tattique can review and address the situation.

Services are not eligible for refunds due to personal preference, expected healing stages, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

10. Packages & Memberships

Packages and memberships are designed for committed beauty and wellness journeys.

Terms may include:

• Expiration dates
• Transfer restrictions
• Monthly billing agreements
• Included services
• Member benefits

Unused services may be subject to package terms.

11. Respectful Environment Policy
